Overview

SA Women in Risk - Diversity Around Us - Why Risk Management Needs to Change

Generation X, Y, Z, Baby Boomers, Multiculturalism, Disability, LGBTI and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. These changes are part of us, our families, friends and the workplace. So how is risk management coping? What changes are being made to better understand the context, identify and assess any emerging risks or changes in existing risks, and then manage those risks.

The SA Chapter of RMIA is pleased to invite you to a great panel discussion on how risk management needs to change to respond and anticipate our changing community. Everyone is welcome! (Don't be shy, guys!)

Come and join our panel to discuss:
  • What changes are you seeing in the workplace and community as a result of diversity?
  • Is risk management coping with diversity?
  • What needs to change in risk management to respond to increasing diversity?
